Tel Aviv Yom Kippur

A Zionist moment while reading in a park

King George Street - usually packed with traffic

Dizengoff Center on Yom Kippur - this is as close as Israel gets to Times Square and it's all quiet!

A highway in Jerusalem near Ramat Rachel on a regular Shabbat.

First of all, I realized on thursday that reading your blog is only fake being in touch, since I don't tell you anything back. And since I only have about 2 months left before you move, that should be rectified. At least by commenting more.

Also, last night, I saw 4 teenagers sitting on the ground, in the middle of one of the busiest intersections on Hebron Rd in Jerusalem, playing cards. I would have taken picture with my phone, but, honestly, I was afraid of the wrath of the (very very massive) crowd.
